Chimichurri Sauce

This is a South American recipe primarily made with Parsley leaves. Here we use Coriander as variation.

Ingredients:
Coriander leaves - 2 cups
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 clove
Oilve Oil - 4 spoons
Oregano - 1/2 spoon
Parsley leaves - 1/4 cup (optional)

Preparation:
Finely chop, coriander, parsley and Garlic
Blend all the ingredients with olive oil and the sauce is ready
